REMINDER – Term 3 Commences on Monday 20th of July. Term 3 is 9 weeks long
TERM FEES – Unless you request an invoice; none will be given out for Term 3.
Fee notices are also on the wall in the studio to help you work out your fees this term
All fees must be paid in the first 3 weeks. Prompt payment discount of $5 per fee applies to the first week of the term only. Last day for prompt payment is 25 July. Fees may be posted to:

Ø Cheques may be put directly into the ‘fee’ box through the office window.
Ø Please pay any cash to the office so you can receive a receipt.

Contemporary & Stretch Leap and Spin Exam Rehearsal – Sunday 23 August

EXAMS: Please check the studio wall for confirmed exam times, exam dates are as follows:
BAL Ballet / Jazz / Tap Exams – 30th – 31st August
JDNZ Jazz / Lyrical Exams – 2nd-4th September
NZAMD Contemporary Exam Day Sunday 7th September
RBM Hip Hop Exams – Sunday 13th September
RAD Exams – TBA – will be between 30th August to 15th September
Cancelled Classes During Exams and New Timetable:
Until exams term 3 lessons are on as per usual unless you have been notified of a timetable change.
Jazz, Lyrical & BAL Ballet students – No classes 31 August – 4 September. Contemporary students – No class on the 11th of September. RAD Ballet TBA when classes are cancelled. All Hip Hop lessons remain as usual. All Saturday classes remain on as usual. Reminder notices with details of classes cancelled are being given out during the first two weeks of term; please ensure that you receive this. The exam season begins on Sunday 30th August and ends on Sunday 13th September the new timetable starts on Monday 5th September.
EXAM STUDENTS – Work hard so that you are able to do your best, and then enjoy your exam.
Please try to be thoughtful if you have a lesson while exams are on. We must keep the studios as quiet as possible during exams. In the lead up to exams all studios will be “Students Only” Please respect our request for no observers. It is good for the students, the teachers and the car park.
NEW CLASSES COMMENCING FROM 5th SEPTEMBER
Little Dancers (Beginners) – New classes starting after the exams on Saturday with Sarah 11.30 (first lesson 5 September) for 4 ½ to 5 ½ year old dancers.
Pre Primary Ballet – New class starting after the exams on Saturday with Stevie at 12:00 (first lesson 5th September).
Virtuosity –open pointe and ballet variation class – New class starting after the exams on Wednesday with Kym at 4:45 (first lesson 9 September).
Level 1 Hip Hop – New class starting after the exams on Wednesday with Faith at 4:00 (first lesson 16 September) for 6-8 year olds.
Contemporary – New class starting after the exams on Friday with Nichola at 4:00 (first lesson 18 September) for 10-13 year olds.
Show Open Item – with Kym – 12 & over Monday 7:15pm (first lesson 14th September), under 12 Saturday 1:30pm (first lesson 19th September). Names are being taken now, please book in fast to avoid disappointment.
Men’s Item – with Stevie – Monday 8:30 first lesson 7th September – new recruits needed!
After the exams is the best time to start a new genre of dance, please help to support our studio if possible by joining into another genre for a show item.
“Freedom” our show this year will be Sunday 6th December and Monday 7th December. All students will be in both show performances.
